I was able to get a phone number last night and Dixie and I talked. She told me that Jim has no brain damage and no damage to vital organs. Praise God! As we were talking they were taking him to the operating room since he has become more stable and check out his pelvic area which they said was crushed and she wasn't sure what they were going to do. He does have a broken vertebrae in his neck that they are having to be extra careful about. He has a lot of broken facial bones which can be repaired. Please keep praying. And thank you for your prayers. She says she can feel the prayers. I will post again as soon as I have more information.

That's certainly good news! I'm still praying for him, and for his family. It must be hard for them too.
